Document Studio turns the letters, minutes, applications and forms that businesses in Nepal need every year into simple fill-in templates. Choose a document, type in your company's details, and download a properly formatted Word file - in Nepali or English - instead of starting from a blank page.

How it works

1. Pick a document by category, or search for it (for example "share transfer", "bank", "minute").
2. Fill in the details - the document preview updates as you type, and Nepali can be typed in Roman letters.
3. Add a letterhead with your logo, colours and address, then download the .docx.

Frequently asked questions

Is Document Studio free?

Yes. You can fill in any template and download the Word file at no cost.

Can I edit the document after downloading?

Yes. The download is a normal Word (.docx) file, so you can change wording, add clauses or print it like any other document.

Are the company details I enter saved anywhere?

Only in your own browser, so the next document can be filled in faster. Nothing you type is sent to or stored on our server; clearing your browser data removes it.

Do the templates replace professional advice?

No. They are a starting point based on common practice in Nepal. Check that each document fits your situation, or contact Unifour for help with filings and legal requirements.
